My work lives at the intersection of movement, research, and embodied experience. I am interested in how the body communicates meaning without words—how breath, gesture, and sensation create connection, empathy, and understanding.
Through choreography, somatic practice, and facilitation, I explore movement as a living language and a shared inquiry. This site holds works in progress, reflections, and documentation from an ongoing practice rooted in curiosity, care, and listening.
